For All Items Purchased through Propworx
ADDITIONAL NOTE FOR BUYERS: There is an added shipping cost of $10 (minimum) for each additional item. The shipping fee covers boxes, packing materials, labor and of course the shipping. Even small items are accompanied by the best Certificate of Authenticity in the business. Therefore, every item is shipped in a box no smaller than 13x11x2 inches. Each package is also filled with an abundance of packing materials to protect your valuable items. (Even if UPS wants to use it as a football, it will not be damaged!)
Propworx ships via UPS Ground for domestic orders, UPS Standard for Canada, and UPS Expedited for international orders. Every package is fully insured and signature required. You must have a physical street address. We do not ship to APO's, FPO's, or PO BOX's. If your package is returned for any reason, you are responsible for the shipping fees to ship again. If you need your package re-routed while in transit, you will be required to pay Propworx the $10 fee that UPS charges. Please make sure your address in MarketplaceAdvisor is correct to avoid these charges. If you would like to ship to an alternate address, please send an email with "SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGE" in the subject line after you have completed checkout.
When you pay for all your items at the same time, the shipping will automatically be combined.
*Keep in mind the more items you have, the higher the cost of shipping due to the weight and size of package. International customers need to contact us immediately if they would like to combine multiple orders. This needs to be done before anything has been packaged so we do not have to unpack and then repack your orders.

Package/handling and shipping fees charged at checkout do not include brokerage fees, import duties, VAT or tariffs; these are the responsibility of the customer and are usually collected upon delivery.
*Please note that if actual shipping charges exceed the above stated rates, you will be charged the exact difference via a PayPal Money Request and items will be shipped when additional payment is received.
SHIPPING NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
International locations (except Canada) are exact international shipping rates plus a $25 package/handling fee per box due to the large amount of time it takes to process an international shipment. Because of UPS rates, our experience is the minimum you will pay for any item to be shipped is $85 and that includes the package/handling fee (smallest box we use is 13x11x2 inches). When you go through our checkout, shipping will NOT be included in the total price. After the item is paid for, your item will be packaged and held for shipment. We will then send you a PayPal money request for the exact shipping plus the $25 package/handling fee. Insurance is included in this price. Package/handling and shipping fees do not include brokerage fees, import duties, VAT or tariffs; these are the responsibility of the customer and are usually collected upon delivery. Please do not ask us to declare a lower value than the final sale price for customs.
We will ship furniture and large set pieces via UPS Freight domestic and international. Please understand that it is very expensive to package, crate and ship these items. Most of the time, this cost is more than the item itself. Packaging and crating fees are estimates only. If the packaging or crating is more, then the extra cost will be added to the shipping cost. If the packaging or crating is less, then it will be subtracted from the shipping cost. Please allow up to 4 weeks for these items to ship.

For Catalog Orders Only
For our international (non-Canada, non-US) customers, please note the following:
On International shipments we generally use UPS Expedited service. This is 2-3 day delivery, fully insured and signature required. If your package gets lost or damaged, we can file a claim and get you a new catalog. Some people have complained about the expense. So we are adding USPS, which is cheaper. But be warned, in the past we have used USPS and have had nothing but problems. And if you have a problem you will have to deal with USPS as Propworx will not take responsibility of this method of shipment.
So, this is what we have decided to do because we want every fan to be able to afford our awesome, collectible auction catalogs from Propworx.
The prices below include the catalog and shipping.
You will have the option to use USPS or UPS.
UPS is fully insured and signature required. It is also more expensive, but delivery is guaranteed and it is faster -- usually 2-3 days.
USPS is insured with NO signature required. Propworx will provide you with a tracking # verifying your package has been shipped. Once your package has been shipped, Propworx is not liable for any lost or damaged catalogs. Any claims due to a lost or damaged package will need to be filed with USPS, NOT Propworx.
